NILE Service Termination and User Support

Hello, this is the NILE Team. Thank you for the continued support and encouragement you have shown NILE. NILE services were terminated effective June 01, 2026. Since the site will no longer be accessible from August 31, 2026 onward, please review the information below carefully and take the necessary steps in advance, such as withdrawing any assets you hold on NILE.

Asset Withdrawal Support

Although NILE services have ended, we are providing asset withdrawal support as outlined below to protect user assets. (Support Period: June 01 – August 30, 2026)

    Withdrawing listed NFTs. Reclaiming unrefunded bid amounts. Claiming unclaimed NFTs from winning bids.

Important Notes After the Asset Withdrawal Support Period Ends

Once the support period ends, the following measures will apply. We recommend directly withdrawing your assets within the support period.

  • NEITH Covenant

    Assets not claimed within the support period will be captured in a snapshot at 12:00 (KST) on August 31, 2026, and sent in bulk to wallets holding the corresponding NEITH Covenant NFTs (within 10 business days after the support period ends).

  • Marketplace

    Listed NFTs, unrefunded bid amounts, and unclaimed NFTs from winning bids cannot be withdrawn through nile.io after the asset withdrawal support period ends. We will offer withdrawal assistance through the NILE Support Center, but this may end without prior notice. Please complete your withdrawal within the support period.
